1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using iMassBox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

iMassBox provides bulk SMS and email sending services. Access is granted via prepaid access keys purchased through cryptocurrency payments.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity. Messages must comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local telecommunications regulations.

4. Access Keys

Access keys are non-transferable and tied to the purchased plan limits. Unused limits do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Keys expire when limits are exhausted or upon expiration date if set.

5. Payments

All payments are processed via Bitcoin through NOWPayments. Payments are final and non-refundable once access keys are generated.

6. Limitation of Liability

iMassBox is not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party gateways, recipient server issues, or factors outside our control.
